Chad Gramling has been a credit union marketer with Three Rivers FCU (www.3riversfcu.org) since 1999 and has written for virtually every marketing medium; including television, radio, on-line, newsletter and more. He’s an inaugural member of the Indiana Ignite program, where he served on the working group that incubated the DriveUp Savings program (www.driveupsavings.org).
Gramling has presented at multiple user and league conferences. In addition to credit union marketing, he’s an avid baseball fan, historian and author (Baseball in Fort Wayne, Arcadia 2007). Cash Tilton has spent more than twenty years as a writer, editor, marketing advisor, and communications manager in financial services—producing publications, presentations, training materials, and audiovisuals for retail, institutional, and internal audiences.
At Prudential Securities his coordinated niche marketing programs (built on seminars, newsletters, and consumer education) became a firm standard in the post-cold call industry environment. At Moody's Investors Service, he co-developed a nationwide presentation program. That program created closer relationships between Moody's analysts and the institutional strategists that dominate the fixed-income investment markets, helping preserve Moody's preeminence among bond rating agencies.
He has worked as well in human resources, healthcare, entertainment, and tourism, and is also a regularly produced playwright.
Jessica Whitmore has been a professional writer since 1998. She has been involved in writing and editing projects ranging from business and grant proposals, website copy, newspaper and online articles, press releases, letters, and back cover copy. She has worked with non-profits, publishing companies, small businesses, Internet-based companies, and individuals to help them achieve success with their written material. She has a Masters of Arts in Communication and a Bachelors of Arts in Broadcasting. When she's not writing or editing, she enjoys reading, being with her family, and being outside. Jessica lives in Pennsylvania with her husband of 10 years, Keith, and their two small boys.
David is a student at the University of Utah. Originally from Nevada, David started writing articles at the age of 15.
Born in Los Angeles, California, eighteen-year-old Michelle Izmaylov is the author of science-fiction/fantasy novels The Pocket Watch, Dream Saver, and the first novel of The Galacteran Legacy trilogy, Galaxy Watch. Honored as one of Georgia’s 20 Under 20 in 2008, she continues to write while pursuing a medical career at Emory University and working at FutureWord Publishing as the science-fiction submissions editor. Always curious about the economic world, Izmaylov provides savvy financial advice to college students in the popular CUcontent.com column, College Credit.
